Exchange/Return Policy

Exchanges/Returns:

All items bought from ScentAlure can be exchanged/returned within 7 days of purchase using the following methods:

•  For returns, simply fill in the Google Form that will be provided to you by our team through contact. Upon receiving your details, we will have the courier visit you, The rider will collect the returned item from your doorstep. Please read the conditions mentioned below to check the eligibility for having a product returned

•  For exchanges, we have a convenient exchange process, simply fill in the Google Form that will be provided to you by our team through contact. Upon receiving your details, we will prepare your replacement package and have it delivered to your location. The rider will collect the returned item from your doorstep and deliver the new package. Please note that this option incurs the delivery fee, payable as COD or through a bank transfer. Please read the conditions mentioned below to check the eligibility for having a product returned

To be eligible for an exchange/return, make sure the product is not used/damaged or in any modified state or condition than as it was when delivered.
It is important to ensure that the rider collects the replacement package from your end before delivering the new items. Please securely pack the products in a shopper bag and hand them over to the rider for a seamless process.

Policy Emphasis:

All products purchased are eligible for exchanges within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

1. The item(s) is/are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery (our fault).
2. The item(s) do not match the original product specifications or differ from the purchased product (our fault).

If you wish to raise a dispute, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by reaching out to us at scentalure.work@gmail.com or via Instagram (@scentalure.pk).

 Please note that certain scenarios make the process difficult, for example: 

1. Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
2. Products damaged due to use.
3. Products that have been tampered with.
